*August Update* - MBL!

Hey everyone!

- Decided to transition unconsciously in March 2008, consciously in July 2008; all natural April 2010

- Hair type - 3C/4A

- Have already had lots of ups and downs, but have learned so much about my hair already.

- As of August 26, 2010:
- (grazing) MBL
- 1 1/2 inches from full MBL
- 4 inches from WL. =)

Keep it simple. It really works =)

- Yes I love long hair but ultimately the health of my hair is more important to me. I treat it with as much TLC as possible.

REGIMEN (Updated October 2010):

***I do most things to my hair in a minimum of 4 sections***

- Wash & deep condition when necessary (not too often)
*Cowash after deep condition
- Cowash as I see fit throughout the week
- Moisturize, seal, add gel, then either:
- bun/ponytail and tie down with a scarf
- put hair up in claw clip to stretch for a wash 'n go style

***Clearly this is altered when I straighten. Ask if your curious =)

- Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture Conditioner (cowash & DC)
- Giovanni Smooth as Silk Conditioner (leave-in conditioner)
- Eco Styler Olive Gel (styler/hold)
- Sunflower Oil (sealant, DC)
- One A Day Women's Multivitamin (afternoon)
- MSM capsules [brand varies] (twice a day - afternoon and night)
- Hair, Skin, and Nails Vitamins [brand varies] (afternoon)
- Omega 3-6-9 Complex [brand varies] (night)
