I am a 28 yr. old Panamanian Chica living in Atlanta,Ga. I joined this site for tips on growing my hair and for inspiration.

*****MY REGIMEN********

*I do a blk. rinse called Color Showers Cellophane - Black every 2 wks to keep my hair drk. blk it leaves my hair super shiny. I used to use jazzin but now i've decided to switch the majority of my products to dominican or natural products only.

* pre-poo b4 shampooing hair,usually the night b4 w/castor oil and a mositurizer.

*I use Creme of Nature or 12 en 1 Shampoo

* I FAITHFULLY deep condish EVERY wk w/ Olive Oil Replenishing Pak(now avail in a bottle yay!) I'VE BEEN FAITHFUL TO THIS CONDISH. FOR 4 YRS NOW! It leaves my hair sssooo supple & it has a yummy citrus smell mmmmmm lol. I've started adding a teaspoon of honey and olive oil to it. I put it on & sit under the dryer or jus leave it in over night.

* I also use Infusium leave in condish after i wash my condish out. I've been using that since i was like 15,my hair loves it! I also plan on tryingLacio Lacio Leave-In VERY soon!

*Before i blow dry i use Chi heat protectant or La Plancha Deep Heat Protector Leave-In spray to minimize heat damage.

* As a moisturizer i use cantu on my hair and ends then seal w/olive oil.

* I do an Aphoghee Protein Treatmeant once every 6 weeks

* I do Aphoghee 2 min reconstructor(when needed)

***Whenever i get my hair rolled,i wrap it,then wrap my hair and put saran wrap around it and sit back under the dryer for another 10-15 mins.Makes my hair a bit bouncier & soft. I get this method from the dominicans****

*I take a few vitamins: HORSETAIL SILICA /VIT. C/ BIOTIN/ MSM/ FLINSTONE MULTI-VITAMINS/PRE-NATAL VITAMINS
