Hello FOTKI/NATURAL world...I'm ON the LONG transitioning world to BECOMING a NATURAL beauty....I am fairly vague on the whole thought of natural hair..I just feel like I want to try a look that would be completely different for me and that will have my hair strong and long like it use to be.

I have not used any CREAMY CRACK since February of this year. 2009. I am trying to decide whether i want to just cut it off or just continue transitioning. I have been transitioning my hair with a sew-in style. I have worn this style all summer. And now I'm SOOO OVER it!

i LOVE looking at pics of people with natural styles because it motivates me to continue with this natural hair journey.

I have no clue as to the type of hair or coil/curl i will have...i really don't know the term used but i am here just to learn. But I am here to soak up as much information as possible about products for my hair. I understand its all about trial and error but I just want and love natural hair.

Having natural hair has put numerous things in my life in a COMPLETELY different perspective. It has truly showed me that if you actually have the confidence to ROCK natural hair then yea YOUR KINDA A BIG DEAL. I always get good and bad comments about my hair, the stigma of black women with natural hair is so negative!! U AND I must break this trend of negativity. I have even gone through fights with friends with them joking about my hair and not approving of it. But i had to learn to tell myself i am beautiful, and that I don't need weave or extensions to make me feel like IM NOT the awkward one OR DIFFERENT one!! My boyfriend and sister have really been the most positive people in my life when it comes to my hair. When i first began wearing my hair out natural I wasn't quite confident because i was not sure how people would perceive me and plus i was so use to looking like everyone else. But now i don't care what anyone has to say I LOVE ME!! AND I'm trying TO BE THE BEST ME i can BE....sorry for ranting guys...lol
