- I'm a recent college graduate just living in this crazy world like the rest of us. 2009 has been a crazy year for me. I lost love, I got sick(er)....just a horrible year. So midway thru, I decided to go for a change. And so far I LOVE it. I'm a young black woman learning more and more about myself each day. At this point in my life, I'm just trying to find MYSELF without needed a man to validate me. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with a kidney disease and up until this year it was manageable but then I got put on dialysis. So right now I'm dealing with alot. But I haven't let any of this bring me down. I'm still going to live my life and I'm going to enjoy every bit of it. Recently I've deleted a lot of people out of my life and it feels great. I don't need anyone in my life who is going to bring me down or hinder me. And that's about it!
