I am going to try to keep my hair regimen very simple and then add on to it when I feel improvements are needed.
Wash Treatment: (2x week: 1x Co-Wash/ 1x Shampoo & Deep Condition)
Wash 1x week with DHD H2O Shampoo (Sunday)
Deep Condition with DHD Relief Shampoo (30 mins)
Co-Wash 1x week with Nexxus Humectress conditioner (Wednesday)
Light Protein Conditioner 2x month (1hr)
Aphogee Treatment when needed
Moisture Treatment:
CPR Triple Action leave in conditioner
Moisturize Scalp w/ Tea Tree Oil
Moisturize Hair & Ends with Vitapointe
Daily Treatment:
Moisturize Hair & Ends everyday
Moisturize Scalp 2-4x week
Wrap hair every night with satin scarf
Relaxer: Every 4months
Last relaxer: 9/25/2006
Next relaxer: 1/2007
Trims: Every touch-up (dusting when needed)
Last Trim: 10/26/2006
Next Trim: 1/2007
