Hair Regimen:
I wash in braids 1-2x a week with sulfate free shampoo and deep condition on dry hair weekly. I condition and comb in sections under the shower stream. After washing, I squeeze out the excess water from my hair and do not towel dry. When airdrying I apply conditioner and seal with oil. At night I moisturize and use oil as needed before setting my hair in a braidout or loose bun for bed.
In cooler weather, I rely on rollersetting to style my hair weekly. I maintain the style by bunning or wearing a loose braid nightly.
From time to time, I do scalp massages with ayurvedic oil blends containing amla, brahmi, and bhringraj. I self-relax every 10 weeks with ORS Lye followed by a semi-permanent rinse.
