Hello All, I'm a 28 year old Resident of the Metro Area.. I've been married to my wonderful Husband for a year and 1/2 and we just had our first child (a daughter), July 21st, 2006.. [L] I work Full time on a college Campus as a Production Control Specialist and Really enjoy it. :-)

My Fotki Album is pretty much dedicated to my goal in achieving healthy hair since the birth of my daughter (which hormonally affected my hair, causing shedding/breakage).... I hope to link up with others with similar interest in achieving healthy hair, to learn and swap ideas..

***********Current Regiment**************
Not too consistent currently, I use an array of products.. Hair Type 4a.

--Shampoo hair once every 1 1/2 weeks (Cream of Nature mainly, TCB shampoo and various others)
--Conditioner (I use Motions CPR)
--Relaxed hair for 18 years at least (the last two years I've been using Motions) I just switched to using Organic Root Stimulator, which I was pretty pleased with the results
--Hair Grease -- Mainly TCB to grease my scalp and sometimes Isoplus (blue top one)
--Flat Iron hair about once a week (after first shampoo and blow dryer)
Frequent styles-- I wear it in a pony tail, or flat ironed all back
