- I decided that I wanted longer hair in August 2005, but I didn’t really know how to go about getting it until December 2005.
After getting “long” hair in 2006, I realized that healthy hair was more important. So in December or 2006 I cut all my hair back to shoulder length to start my healthy hair journey.
I keep my hair regimen and products as simple as possible; less IS more. I haven’t taken anymore vitamins or used any topical growth aids (MTG, or anything else) this year. My regimen and what not can be found in my journal.
