Hello everyone! I'm starting my hair journey over for what seems like the 50th time! I learned alot about healthy hair care, made some mistakes and bumped my head a couple times. I may not have it all right just yet, but I'm very close. My ultimate goal is MBL. I'm a ways from that currently.

My current stats:

I cut my hair into a Katie Holmesish bob because I was having trouble growing the front and top of my hair. I had a mullet lol...not cool. I would love for my hair in the front to grow out. The overall objective for my hair is to get it as thick as humanly possible. I've always had thin hair naturally so limiting my heat usuage will be crititcal toward reaching this goal.

Hair Goals for 2011-2013:
Thicken and Strengthen Hair
Grow Hair out to APL and possibly BSL

See, my goals are simple. My hair regimen is simple too. Consistency is key for healthy hair. For the rest of the year I'm putting the focus on getting stronger and healthier hair.

My Current Hair Regimen:

Apply "mix" to crown, edges and bangs every other night
Moisturize and Seal every other night
Poo Wash 1x a Week, followed by DC w/Heat and Rollerset
Lite Protein, Aphrogee 2-Min, 1x a week after wash
ACV rinse after DC on wash day
Mid-week CoWash and DC w/or w/o Heat and ACV rinse airdry into braidout/twistout
Henna strengthening treatment 2x a month (biweekly)

I decided to give myself 3 heat-straightening passes each month. Come January, I'll move it down to 2 passes per month.
