I am on a "Road2Health" and would love to eventually achieve my hair goal of mid back length (MBL). I relax and trim every 10-12wks, and I go to the salon for my relaxer, in which my stylist uses Affirm Sensitive Scalp Relaxer. I do not use any growth aids, nor do I make any special concoctions that aids in my hair growth. I like to use the K.I.S.S. method and I am pleased with the results thus far :)
My Regimen: Done 1x a week
Pre-poo with Aphogee 2min Keratin Reconstructer for 20-30min with a plastic cap
Shampoo with KeraCare Hydrating Detangling Shampoo
Deep Condition with KeraCare Humecto Conditioner
Apply Paul Mitchell "The Conditioner" to damp hair
and STYLE!!
Straight styles:
Apply Paul Mitchell Super Skinny serum to damp hair
Blow Dry (once or twice a month)
Apply Dudley's Creme Press (very small amount)
Flat iron with CHI iron
**I do a cross wrap to keep style straight**
Styles with a bit of curl and body:
Flat iron (as shown above)
Pin Curl ( 8 big ones)
and finger comb into a style...(see January album)
*OR*
Rollerset with leave-in conditioner and water
If I am not wearing one of two of these two styles then I am wearing a bun, braid out, or twist out...
