My last chemical fire cream (curly-perm) was 15th May 1998.

Even though I have not pressed my hair since before I went natural, approximately 1996, my hair would be blowdried by my hairdresser every 4 to 6 weeks prior to having cornrow extensions.

I wish to see what difference remaining totally heat-free will make to my hair. The last time I used heat was 8th April 2006.

Since May 2006, I go to a young a girl who lives locally to get my hair cornrowed without extensions every 2 weeks

HAIR REGIME
I have been using natural products since 2005 & try to keep it as simple as possible

Hot Oil Treatment once a month on dry hair with heat for 30 minutes alternating between
- Mixture of Aubrey Organics HSR, Raw Castor Oil, Organic Honey & Organic molasses.
- Mixture of Aubrey Organics GBP, Raw Castor Oil & Organic Honey.
- Every six months, I use Aubrey Organics Blue Green Algae Hair Rescue Mask & organic virgin coconut oil.

Monthly
Shampoo with Aubrey Organics White Camellia
Deep condition with Aubrey Organics White Camellia.
ACV rinse with added organic tea tree & lavender essential oils

Condition wash with diluted Aubrey Organics White Camelia each week.

Every 3 months: Clarify with bicarbonate of soda

Daily moisturise with spritz of 100% organic rosewater.

Seal in moisture with homemade oil concoction and oil scalp as needed.

Add JBCO to the ends of my hair
