I'm a Disciple of Jesus Christ, a wife and mother. I went natural because I was searching for a cure for the bald spot that was developing in the middle of my head. What I found was so much more. Freedom to wear my hair the way God made it without relying on chemicals every 4 weeks. Love of my self, my hair and confidence in the choices I make even when they are different from everyone elses. The support of other women who are on the same journey, some farther ahead, some just setting out. Who knew natural hair could bring all this out? God help me not to look back and to be encouraging to those in need of it.
