 | Born in Paris, half Dutch/Chilean, Lived 10 years in Spain and worked in the travel world.
Her dancing history started in 1992, with Argentinian tango in The Hague. In 1994, she made knowledge with salsa and touched in the spell of this dancing, because of the sparkling and vigorous aspect. She ended up in 1999, in Asi-showteam of the Haarlem salsa dancing school club Asi. As from 2002 she assisted Paul "Gallito" Baarn in teaching. She has also danced in a tv-commercial of Nescafé with as topic the tango Argentinian . Besides salsa teacher Tonka also is a certificated astrologer and teaches at the College for nature healing in Bloemendaal.
