My hair:
I am 4 a/b/c mix
my strands are coarse but my density is medium to medium/low, my hair is quite pourous

Last relaxer mid Aug 2008

next to try: Morrocan argan oil
Nest to buy: GHD shraightner (still kinda want a hair steamer)

Still madly loving: Aphogee 2 min recon, green tea and keratin spray, tresemme heat protectant, naked curl shampoo, satin bonets lol

I use whatever oils I have on hand, usually EVOO

summer regime
Wash my hair through the weekend (fri-sun). I use eco styler (olive) to make a slicked back pony which I wear from mon-fri only refreshing with some water and aloe vera gel through the week.

I have started separating the front of my hair and clipping it to the side to relieve the tension of pulling all my hair back.

I don't DC weekly any more. It is definately more necessary during the winter. I just listen to my hair and DC and Protein as needed.

I use my wide toothed comb much more than my denman these days

I am so excited to buy a GHD straigtener. I won't be able to use it until the weather gets cooler anyways.


Regime:
Protein- Always before and after using heat. Aside from that as needed.

Shampoo- fri, sat and sunday.

moisture: As needed around every other day

DC: As needed

styles- Gelled pony during the week, wash and go with ecostyler weekends.
