This is my (short) regimine:

While in braids (micros)

I wash with Keracare Hydrating Detangling Shampoo and Condition with Keracare Humecto

I oil my scalp with MTG the night before I wash my hair, giving it an opportunity to sink in.

I use Surge 14 when I remember! It worked well when I had a relaxer, I don't know why I have been slacking with it.

Lastly, I use Keracare Essential Oils for the Hair, Surge Oil #9, and a mix of other essential oils twice a week.

The key to successful braid/hair growth is watching the amount of product that I use to avoid buildup!
