I have received the most amazing results from the advise from the ladies of LHCF and BHM (my homebase!). I am so inspired! I have learned so much about my hair and also love giving hair advise!

My full Regimen: my hair type is 4a3c relaxed...as of now texlax with ORS. This is the best relaxer I have ever used and for once my scalp did not burn!

* I only use heat when getting a doobie (Latin salon)

* I rarely wash my hair! I know gross but it works for me. I only wash my hair when i go to the salon which is every month

* I do not use harsh protein treatments..my hair hates them! I love Molasses treatment http://forum.blackhairmedia.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=29053

* My hair is always in protective styling (sewins and wigs only). My hair does not seem to like micros so i stick to what is best for me

* I trim off when needed but i am a dusting junky lol

* I constantly wrap my hair no matter what style

* I always use VO5 conditioner/shampoo...however, I put which hazel, apple cider ving. in a bottle with a little alma shampoo to wash my scalp only. I will deep condition with VO5 mixed with honey and/molasses and special blend of oils such as peppermint, Alterego, rosemary, almond oil

*My hair loves Dominican products. I'm faithful to Salerm mix and Miss key 10 en 1 conditoners

*I usually mix all my products together so calm down on experimenting with new products. It works! I'm trying to get rid of the old before i buy new;)

* I always wash or condition my hair in the shower and do not comb often during this. I will let my hair airdry then detangle

*I use a homemade Sulphur/MN mix with oils. I love the African Pride braid spray so i put this in a bottle.

* I love stretching my relaxers! I only relax 3-4x a year...now, I'm focused on texlaxing and it seems to be working just fine.

*Ill be honest I do not take my hair vitamins on a consistent basis! I know i suck lol..but i still get more than .5in a month in growth. Don't know how that is possible. Maybe it is what is stuff in my face daily lol
