- Started this journey 4 years ago to grow long healthy hair, tried alot of things, and Im still at the beginning. I grew it, it broke off, so I cut it off, dyed it, and now Im growing it again. This time au natural because these chemicals have been doing something terrible to my scalp and skin. I want to remember what it felt like when I was natural, which hasn't been since I was about 10 or so.
