Photography has always been a passion of mine. I was introduced to the performing arts at an early age and was encouraged to see the beauty in each art form as a means for expressing myself. When I was 11 years old I remember seeing a photograph of a man's hands. I was fascinated with the idea that a photograph can convey so much emotions, character, and information. The spark was ignited inside of me and I could not wait to get my first camera.

After graduating from UIC with degrees in Photography,I devoted my time to the study of the art of photography. I began by working in commercial photography, shooting events and printing fine art. During that time I continued to develop my passion in landscape and travel photography. My experiences with these genres of photography have led me to explore the inner beauty of the portrait.

I strive to capture the inner beauty, emotion and character of a moment in each photograph.
