- In Janruary of 2007, I wanted a huge bush like Corbin Bleu. I was getting tired of my relaxed hair and I wanted to do something different. At first I tried to do the curly look but it didnt work out like I wanted.
So I just kept flat ironing my hair straight. Did I mention I was also REALLY tired of getting perms(And I mean REALLY, it made me mad just thinking about getting one)? Then I saw this picture in essence magazine of this short haired girl with a pixie cut. I wanted that because it was pretty and it seemed easy to take care of and yadi yadi yada. But then I was like hey! I would still have to relax it to keep it straight! So I was like dang!, What am I gonna do now?
Then it came to me! I could stop getting perms!! and also Corbin Bleu's hair is like that because its natural too!!! Duyee, It took me forever to figure that out.
Then I went to nappturality and other websites to see how do completely go natural. My favorite style I saw was the straw curls and at first I was gonna transition until the summer with curls and cut it but I got irritated after only 2 weeks and I did the BC myself on February 23rd, 2007. I am in love with my hair now and I cant wait to try out a LOT of hairstyles! - General Information
