- Joined this site so that I can have a place to document my hair growth/progression. I have never put much work into the maintenance/health of my hair but over the last year or so I have been experiencing major breakage and more split ends. I am attempting to repair my hair by using minimum heat (only on weekends) and protective styles. My goal is BL (bra length) hair and thicker locks. I will also be transitioning to all natural hair; last perm was in October. I welcome any comments/tips/words of encouragement.
