- In 2005, I decided to grow my hair longer and healthier. My ultimate goal is to have tailbone length hair with a thick, full hemline when curly and classic when stretched. I my hair is currently just past tailbone when pulled straight.
I am on a no/low heat regimen and I rarely wear my hair straight now. I always airdry.
My current routine is:
*CO with VO5 tea therapy once a week.
*Detangle with denman.
*Apply Giovanni conditioner as a leave in on soaking wet hair.
*Apply mix of shea butter and sweet almond oil on top.
*Henna gloss as needed.
*Tea rinse as needed.
My henna gloss mix consists of:
1/2 cup henna
3/4 chamomile and nettle tea
1 cup conditioner
