Although I have inspirations to go natural in my family I have refused to go through with it for a long time. However August 21st, 2007 was all it took for me to go through with it. I had gotten a relaxer the week before and was instructed to return on the 21st the get a nother relaxer because my extremely thick hair was not as straight as the hair dresser wanted it to be. After going through that I decided that having straight hair was not worth all the work. I recently cut my hair after almost 9 months of having no relaxer. I now love my new do and look forward to being creative and stylish with my natural hair.
