Hello everyone and welcome to my world of hair drama. I am seemingly on a never ending journey to grow and improve the health of my hair. I recently made the terrible mistake of letting someone get in my hair with scissors so now I'm officially starting over from ear length.
My last relaxer was 11/3/08 and my next will be who knows when. I plan to get braid at 6 weeks post and stretch a total of 12 weeks.


My Regimen:
-Wash twice a week (Tuesday and Saturday) with CON.
-Prepoo before Tuesday wash with 2 eggs and 1/4 cup EVOO for 2 hours.
-DC (under dryer for 30 min.) after every wash with CON.
-Apply Infusium 23 Leave-In after each wash.
-Roller set or wrap with BB Wrapping Foam
-Moisturizer twice a day with Cantu Shea Butter.
-Seal with Castor Oil.

-Relax at least every 12 weeks. (Last relaxer 11/3/08. Next relaxer 1/??/08)
-Take Centrum Chewable everyday.
-Take Biotin 1000 mcg twice a day.
-Drink at least 64 oz of water everyday.
-Only use heat on wash days with a heat protectant.
