My Regimen: Update Dated Regimen 1/1/09

Prepoo overnight before shampooing
Shampoo w/homemade shampoo made from Dr.Bonners Magic Soap
Deep condition w/heat using moisturizing conditioner 2x a week
Co-wash 2x a week
Aphogee 2 min Reconstructor 1 to 2x a month

Lightly Spritz with Aloe and Rosewater Mix nightly
Silken Child Silk Moisturizer
Shea Butter
Air dry always in braided plaits..

Protein Treatment 1x month
Clarify 1x month
Occasional braid outs
Buns 98% of the time

Instead Of Shampoo

I added 1 ounce of my oil mix.... Then added 2 ounces of the Dr. Bronners Magic Soap Peppermint (its very thin )....Shook it well...When u shake the two together it becomes creamy..Then I poured purified water and filled up the rest of the bottle with the water ( about 12 or 13 ounces)...Shook again...And that's it..
