I just found this site 8/29/2007.

As of right now my routine is as follows:

1. Relaxer (every 10 weeks or as long as I can stretch it for)~~~Dark and Lovely regular strength

Every three to four days:

2. Shampoo & Conditioner~~~ Herbal Essence Hello Hydration ( I love the softness and fragrance)
3. Deep Conditioner~~~ Queen Helene Cholesterol ( (I mix this with doo grow oil, EVOO, Cathy Howes' conditioner, and Lafier Collegan Elastin, I sit under the dryer with a plastic shower cap for 15-20 minutes with this in my hair)
4. Leave in treatment ~~~ Infusium deep penetrating leave in conditioner, Lacio Lacio.
5. If I roller set once my hair is dry, I pour a dime size amount of olive oil in my hand rub my palms together and run my fingers through my curls. Then I comb the curls out and wrap my hair. If I air dry, I just put Doo Grow aniy thinning moisturizer and Cathy Howse's moisturizer in my hair, massage my scalp and put my hair in a bun and baggie it.
6. I also take prenatal vitamens and.

Daily routine:

1. I moisturize with Doo grow anti thinning moisturizer.
2. I also use Cathy Howes' moisturizer on my ends.
3. I put my hair in a pony tale, and put a baggie over it, then I put on my silk scarf and go to bed.
4. In the morning I put on my half wig with my baggie still in place.

I have added Lacio Lacio as a leave in treatment ( this product gives me great shine and leaves my hair really soft)

I have also added Lafier Colageno & Placenta hair Conditioner the product is a treatment blend of nutrients and emolients that soften and restore your hair.
