What are my plans? I'm keeping things simple...
I exercise 3 times a week and I drink water 6 times a day with one biotin everyday!
My regime: As of right now
I plan to I wash my hair once a month. Co-wash my hair every week, I am going to try to do heavy moisturizing and conditioning because winter season is coming! My hair has been dry lately because I have not been keeping up with Oyin products and the weather is changing..
My staple products:
-Shampoo: Oyin Grand Poo bar
-Conditioners: Honey Hemp Conditioner from Oyin
-Leave ins: Oyin Greg Juice leave in
-Moisturizers: Jamaican Mango & Lime Cactus Leave in Moisturizer and Oyin Whipped Pudding.
-Gel: I currently don't use gel that much now.. but I am thinking of changing gels.. will let you guys know..
My Goal is to have a healthy head of hair and that's all that matters.
