6/29/11 - Well, since I've decided to go natural I guess it's time to revive this thing.

This album is tracking my hair growth journey starting in July 2004.

My short term goals are:
1. Arm pit length hair - 6/08
2. Thicken the hair at my temples.

Long term goals:
1. Bra strap length hair - 12/08
2. Mid back length - 2009

Currently taking daily: Maximum strength multivitamin, 2000 mg of MSM, 2000 mcg of Biotin (Total 2030 because there is 30 mcg in the multivitamin.)

Relaxing anywhere after 12 weeks. 1/5/08 New stylist suggests 8 weeks.

I wash my hair 1x to 2x per week. Periodically trying conditioner washes.
Pre-shampoo treatment: Coconut milk and lime (sometimes done when I'm at least 6 weeks post), heated mixture of olive, avocado, coconut and jojoba oil.

Nightly moisturizing: Spray bottle with water, Suave Citrus Smoothie conditioner and oil mixture (jojoba, EVOO, castor, avocado, coconut and a small amount of rosemary). More of the oil mixture applied on top to seal in moisture. Hair tied down with satin scarf. Alternately NTM creamy leave-in.

Shampoo: Suave Humectant, NTM cream lather shampoo, active soothing
Conditioners: Suave Humectant; NTM daily deep conditioner, active soothing.
Deep Conditioner: NTM Deep Recovery Hair Mask. Pantene Breakage Defense mask
Treatments: Nexxus KerapHix, ApHogee Intensive Two-Minute Keratin Reconstructor.
Leave ins: NTM Silk Touch Leave-In Cream, Salerm21
Oils/serums: EVOO, jojoba oil, coconut oil, castor oil, avocado oil, NTM Healing Shine Serum, IC Hair Polisher Heat Protector Straightening Serum

Tools: Bone comb, large wide comb, Jilbere shower comb, Solia 1-1/4" ceramic iron
