These albums are mostly to show how my hair has progressed. I've moved back to Trinidad and trying to get my hair in a healthy state again, which is proving to be a task, but I'm all for it. I recently relaxed after a hiding-my-hair challenge. Don't think I'll be doing that again, too much drama.

Ok, so this is currently my regimen:

Wash 1x a week with one of the following shampoos:
- CON (red label, I find it works just as well as the green one)
-Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo (I just discovered it and I looooooooove it, plus it smells great and has no sulphates like CON)

Conditioners (1x a week as well adding EVOO, rotating every week)
-Porosity Control (so far, its only so so, but I'll try it again)
-Sunsilk Care and Repair Conditioner (light but moisturizing)
-ORS Replenishing Conditioner (the same as the pack but in bottle form, my favorite so far
-LeKair Cholesterol (another staple)
-Queen Helene's Cholesterol (another staple)

Light Protein treatments (1x every other week)
-Motions CPR (fantastic, definitely a staple)
-Nexxus Keraphix (not as good as Motions in my opinion)
-Aphogee 2 Min Reconstructor (amazing, leaves hair so soft)

Clarifying shampoos (about 1x a month)
-Redken Cleansing Cream (definitely gets rid of all the gunk)
-Tressemme Vit C Deep Cleansing Shampoo (very good as well)
-Paul Mitchell Shampoo Three (one of my favorites)
-Ion Hard Water Shampoo (jury's out on this one too, but I shampoo with hard water so I thought would be worth a try)

I've tried the Aphogee protein treatment (the one that makes your hair hard), it didn't make much of a difference for me although I may have waited until my hair was past repair as I was sixteen weeks post and was having a lot of trouble with breakage. But I might try it again and see if it works, not waiting so long next time.

I'm going to start to do more conditioner washes to keep the moisture in my hair. It seems this weather has my hair constantly dry, but I'm determined to make it better. I'm also going back to my regular schedule of 8-12 weeks for relaxing, that seems to have worked well for me. No more, no less.
