I'm a college student, living in Brooklyn but I was born in Trinidad. This is just a fotki documenting the things I do with my natural hair.

I have been natural for about 2.5 years and then I decided to relax my hair again. I didn't relax it because I didn't like my texture, I did it because I wanted to.
Its hair, not anything different.
I have realized that I am my hair, what I mean is that I care about my hair and what happens to it. I am my hair because, I take time and consider how to wear it what to do etc. If I was not my hair, I wouldn't have a photo site dedicated to my hair.

Anywho, I still believe that hair is just hair and that its dead and its an extention of ones body. I try not to become obessed with it, because at the end of the day, I might just end up BC'ing and starting all over, like I did 3 times already.
