I am a 45 year old married mother of 4. I love spiritual things and spiritual, positive people. I have been a vegatarian for 8 years and even being meat free, I still wasn't observing a completely healthy diet. So this year '08 I turned totally VEGAN (no meat, no dairy products, I also cut out JUNK FOOD) and I have felt much better ever since. I had to re-educate myself about diet, food, etc and I've had a great time doing it. I have also added drinking Green Smoothies to my diet and I have more energy and am losing some unwanted weight.

2007 was a year of mistakes, old mistakes, new mistakes, tears shed much, much laughter, physicall challenges, mental challenges, family challenges and some major triumphs. This is my year physically, mentally and spiritually. I am more focused on what I want to do and what I don't want to do in my life. Health, creativity and business. I'm starting my business in '08 and working on a novel. So, LOOK OUT WORLD!!

I have been natural for 3 years and its a learning process every day. I am enjoying reading and talking to others about their natural journey and trying out different styles and products. Please accept my most humble apologies if you stopped by and left me a message that wasn't responded to. I went most of 2008 on an internet hiatus, but now I'm back and will be making some updates very soon.

I love reading, music, movies and learning about different religious beliefs and practices. I hope you grow from my journey (joys, triumphs, falls, stumbles, starting over again, etc.). Life is a journey not a destination. We have never ARRIVED we simply EVOLVE continuously. Please sign my guestbook before you go.
