Back on track!
My HairStory:
I was natural for 15 years of my life, then I got tired (actually upset that I always had to be the one to "tame the beast" as I called it, by combing and washing it myself) and decided upon a change, relaxed my hair, it was absolutely fabulous for 2 years, then I got tired of it being the same old thing and I missed my natural curls, so for a change I got my hair cut into a short style with a perm. Then, after I grew that out, and decided enough is enough, so a friend of mine did a preliminary cut and I got my hair braided...then finally in the faithful Summer of 2007 I made my choice to go au-naturale once more. So I went to a barber shop and had a nice low faded cut and thus began my journey! And it has been heavenly since, and I look forward to what else it will have to offer.

--The Run Down:--
Started my official transition: Dec 31, 2006 (did braids, presses, and lots of puffs)
Big Chop: June 26, 2007 (the freedom train called my name and I said yes!)
HairType: 3c/4a/4b (it's a jungle ya'll =] )
Current: 1year and 5months and a few days nappily happy or as I say AfroNiquely Beautiful
~~*The STATS*~~
Current Length: Just above shoulder.---> made it to shoulder length but thanks to a trim (much needed), I am back to just above.
Current Goal(s) (for December 2008): Shoulder Length.... and to get even less breakage and way more moisture!!
Setback to shoulder length thanks to bad winter care.
Next Goal: Full shoulder length, then APL then BSL and hair that is way moisturized and no breakage.
Ultimate Goal: Waist Length hair
