Current Regimen as of March 2009:

Ok so I totally do not have the time to care for my hair the way that I used to. I was in denial for a while but I have come to terms with this now lol. So my reggy is tweaked and super simple now.

Wash Days (every 2 weeks):

*Wash w/ Miss Key's 10 en 1 or Silicon Mix shampoo (dominican products)
*Deep condition w/ LeKair Cholesterol plus Aloe for at least 30 min w/ heat.
*Dry by blowdrying w/ comb attachment (and ION heat protectant) or under hooded dryer

Everyday:

*Spritz hair w/ distilled water and seal w/ EVOO or castor oil.
*Tie w/ satin/silk scarf

I have stopped using my growth aide (was surge/MN mix), and I haven't used since October 08.

PS. I haven't posted pics of my daughters hair in a while. She developed excema of the scalp and at the same time got a ringworm in her scalp from school. This caused her hair to come out in some spots completely. We have to wash every couple days w/ medicated poo and she is taking oral meds to try and reduce the amount of hair loss. Her hair journey has been put on hold until we can get her condition under control.
