Hello All!!!

And welcome to my Fotki!! I've had this for SOOOO long and never used it, but now here's my chance. I will finally be keeping REAL track of my hair progress here. For now, the albums are arranged into relaxed hair (I hated pictures back then, can you tell why??) and Natural Journey, they will probably change into monthly albums as time progresses. I have been natural for two years now- thought about it for 4 or 5...but I am open to all suggestions for growth and hair health so feel free to sign my guestbook or even shoot me an email if you have any tips I can use.

Here is my framework (if you will) for a regimen:
-Shampoo weekly with Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap
-Condition w/ Oyin Honey Hemp Conditioner and Queen Helene Cholesterol
-Moisturize with Shea Butter
-Seal w/ Castor, Coconut, and Sweet Almond Oils as needed
-Protective Styling is a must!!! I wore twists for a few weeks and IMMEDIATELY saw a difference in growth and retention, I've been hooked ever since!!! Even though it is tempting to wear my hair out, I resist for the greater good...
