My Regimen
: Before I wash my hair I wet it and distribute VO5 Hot oil and leave in for one minute.

: I wash my hair once a week with Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship Shampoo and Conditioner.

: I DC with Garnier Fructis 3min masque for 30mins, no heat, cold rinse

: My hair type is 3a/b..Mom is Chinese and my dad is Black/Indian

: If I want to wear my hair naturally curly then I only use Cantu Leave-in conditioner.

: If I want to wear my hair straight I use a dab or two of Redken Heat Glide and distribute throughout my hair, airdry, then flatiron.

: I baggy 6-7 days a week using WBC and CoCasta Shikakai Herbal Hair Oil

: I take Olay Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Calcium, MSM, Garlic, and Biotin everyday
