 | My regimen:
I am from the KISS school of thought (Keep It Simple Sista!) Here is my basic regimen:
Weekends:
Prepoo with hot oil (Amla, Vatika, EVOO, or combo)
Wash with Kenra Moisturizing Poo or PM Super Skinny (or clarify with PM Shampoo Three)
Deep Condition with Kenra MC, PM Super Skinny, ORS Replenishing Pak, Motions CPR, or EQP DPR-11 - usually under dryer for 30-45 mins
Leave in Rusk Sensories Smoother LOVE LOVE LOVE and an oil to seal
Airdry in bun/ponytail
Moisturize with BB Castor Oil, Cantu Grow Strong, Profectiv Breakfree, or distilled water mix
Sometimes I'll throw in a midweek conditoner wash... more during the summer
Sometimes I'll blowdry and/or flat iron... I always use a serum before any direct heat (Kenra Gloss, Chi Silk Infusion, PM Super Skinny, NTM) and always the following wash use some type of protein
Nightime it's either wrapped (if flat ironed) or bun with a silk scarf
Relax every 8-12 weeks with ORS Lye or Silk Elements Lye
Currently experimenting with Henna... Would like to do henna treatments weekly
