REGIMEN (updated 6/2010) *essentially, my regimen is always a work in progress and I mainly do what I feel like doing at the time

Weekly Shampoo/Condition (Saturday)
1) Shampoo - Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturizing Shampoo - I lather only once
2) Condition - Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturizing Conditioner - for 5 minutes, then rinse
3) Deep Condition with Lustrasilk Cholesterol for 10 minutes - whenever I think to do it
4) Aphogee 3 Minute Conditioner - first wash after relaxer and when I noticed breakage
4) Leave In - Fantansia IC Leave-In Treatment
5) Rollerset to airdry

Clarifying
I clarify with Suave Clarifying Shampoo whenever I feel buildup on my hair

Nightly
Moisturize with Wave Nouevau Finishing Mist
(For a curly look/to refresh my rollerset) I put my hair into one bantu knot then place my bonnet over my head
(For straight hair/when bunning) I use the cross wrap method
* both these methods require little manipulation

Styling
Finger comb whenever possible
For 2010, I mainly keep my hair braided under wigs

MY RULES
- Little/no manipulation (meaning little/no combing)
- NO HEAT (unless for a SPECIAL occasions)
- Wear protective styles
- Trim ONLY when necessary
