A long standing purpose of mine has been INFORMATION sharing about places visited during my travels which I found pretty or interesting or both. Perhaps an occasional warning sign about ugly and uninteresting places too noxious to me and others for safe travel. When I found Fotki in late December 2005, I thought their software was "just right" for my purpose.

Then came the Ajax fiasco in which Fotki began publishing my photos without the mandatory copyright notice and allowing unlimited downloads despite my account settings prohibiting such. After Fotki backed off from that offense, they installed a new criminal violation of stealing more than SEVEN THOUSAND of my photos which I had tagged under a previous software system so as to publish them without my mandatory copyright, without my relevant captions, without my relevant headings, but with flagrantly abusive and fraudulent adwierdteasing even against those of us who had PAID never to be afflicted with such garbage. That criminal theft system ignored my account specifications of no downloads allowed so as to again facilitate downloads without even displaying my mandatory copyrights so that the thief would know they were in violation of copyright law. It also refused to provide me with needed information as to how many views my photos were getting since the displayed photos were being fraudulently maintained separately from my pages. Most recently, on 061022, Fotki insiders bulk tagged an entire album of my photos on my pages so as to inflict their malicious viewpoints onto my viewers.

Intellectual property rights are an important aspect of photography and every other form of creation. As detailed above, Fotki has been viciously abrogating my property rights and interfering even with my TRAVEL INFORMATION sharing objective. I have therefore removed most of my travel photos from these pages, other than those which contain potentially useful travellers advisories.

Unlike my grandpa, I'm not a travel agent. Since the politicization of the airline industry, I don't even own shares of an airline company. Since the homosexual molestation of passengers under the sonofaBush administration began, I am not even willing to use air travel (actually my boycott of air travel started several politicization steps ago but the homosexual molestation compounds the reasons for avoiding air travel). Similar witch hunts are going on these days around other aspects of the former United States of America which are making travel considerably more difficult.

But I do have a thing or two to say about what's going on these days, complete with photographs to demonstrate what it is that I'm talking about. Those are what is now available on my pages which, prior to the changes in Fotki's photo handling, had upwards of thirteen thousand photos of mostly pretty and/or interesting things.
