- I came across the blackhairmedia, naturalhairphotos, nappyedges, nappturality, ourhairjourneys message boards and was so impressed with all the information posted, I decided to begin my own hair journey.
My hair has truly been fried, dyed and laid to the side in June 2006. I cut my hair to ear length in December 2006. Right now my hair is at my neck (June 2007). Getting my hair healthy again has been a struggle and growing my hair again has been a challenge.

Treatments – Aphoghee Intensive Keratin Reconstructor, ORS Hair Mayo
Oils – Shea Butter Oil, Olive Oil, Castor Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Sweet Almond Oil

Routine –
I will say that I get relaxers every 8-15 weeks , Affirm relaxer.
I wash every week on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
– poo, put Condition in my hair, Deep Condition with ORS Hair Mayo for 15 min-1 hour.
While wet I add some leave-in Cond/Oil to seal in moisture. I airdry or blow or sit under a my dryer (rollerset)
I have a set schedule to use Aphoghee 3 weeks after a perm
