- I joined this site to keep track of my natural hair progress and to share my journey with others since this site was one of my inspirations along with nappturality.com to go natural. I had been thinking about going natural for over five years but never got the courage to do it, always starting my transition with braids but every time i took off the braids, i would go back to perming. I finally decided to just cut off the perm ends after about 4 months of transitioning and haven't looked back ever since. I am now about 3 1/2 months natural.
