Regimen:
WEEKEND WASH:
*prepoo with heated oil mixture (equal parts of castor, coconut and olive oils) for at least 15 mins
*shampoo with ORS uplifting shampoo
*DC with ORS Hair Mayo as directed on jar
*massage a moderate amount of ORS Elastic Tea leave in
*moisturize wet hair with about 3 pea sized amounts of ORS Hair Fertilizer
*when dried saturate hair with aforementioned moisturizer and seal with an oil (lately Mega Care Carrot Oil)
WEEKDAY CARE:
*moisturize hair every other day and seal, use oil everyday on ends.
EXTRAS:
*1 tblsp Braggs Apple Cider vinegar first thing in the morning
*1 tblsp coconut oil daily
*8 glasses of water daily
*balanced diet
*daily multivitamin
*MSM 1000mcg
*L-Lysine
*daily exercise
*usually relax every 2 months
