This is my regimen cause i know someone will ask sooner or later:
Shampoo and deep condition twice a week
- with Nexxus Therappe Shampoo
-Nexxus Humectress conditioner for 20 minutes under dryer.
-apply Nexxus Headress leave-in conditioner
-apply Dudley's fantastic body setting lotion
-airdry or blowdry and flatiron (after protecting my hair with Dudley's creme pressing oil)
-monthtly light protein reconstructor treatments with Nexxus Keraphix followed by Humectress
-every 6 weeks i do a heavy protein reconstructor using Dudley's DRC 28 followed by Humectress.
