My hair type is mostly 3c with some 3b on top and maybe a lil 4a behind my ears?... I am half white(German-Jewish & English mostly) and half black(& like 1/16th Japanese from this side).I'm a Mississippi girl.I studied fine arts at the Missippi School of the Arts, foreign language at the University of South Alabama and the University of Southern Mississippi. Now I am a linguist for the United States Army. I BC'd in April '06 after a 10 month transition. it was the best choice I ever made for my hair. I am trying to break my scissor addiction!

Stretched my hair falls to BSL. My ulti goal is BSL all one length unstretched and/or MBL/WL stretched.

... Ok so obviously I did a second BC currently hair is CBL... Still trying to get to the latter goal!

I detangle with a denman or by finger combing(while dripping wet & full of condish) & (try to) touch the hair as seldom as possible.
I also try to minimize my use of heat. Sometimes I blow dry my hair to stretch it.

Poo every other day with Creme of Nature
Cowash daily with Tresseme for curls
Deep condition after every wash w/ LeKair Cholesterol or ORS Hair Mayo (or wutever the DC of the week is)
Apply condish to ends at night
Baggy as often as possible and wrap every night (tho i rarely get around to it lol)

I try to limit myself to lo-mani styles:
Ballet bun
Puff
WnG

I currently haven't found my perfect deep conditioner(so suggestions would be great!)
