i want : growth and thickness, just healthy hair!! and length tooe veux: longueur,epaisseur, des cheveux en bonne santé!



REGIMEN:

once a week :noo poo with garnier. (i add baking soda, its cleans better)

then i deep condition with my own mixtures using different ingriedients when i feel like changing (eggs, avocado, essential oil of ylang ylang, yogurt, honey, olive oil, sweet almond, castor oil) i keep it in long (at least 3 hours) as i stay home.
sometimes sit under heat cap when im not lazy!

after i add shea butter or oil( almond,or a bit of castor, you choose any oil that does your hair good).

then i do either cornrows (4 of them, its depending on the length you have)
or seperate twists (big ones)

this is just to air dry and stretch hair. cornrows stretch my hair well for the next day

**every evening: spray my hair with mixture of water (not tap water),sweet almond oil, aloe vera gel and sometimes glycerin.


FRANCAIS: ROUTINE

Une fois par semaine noo poo: avec l'as garnier.j'ajoute de la bicarbonate de soude car ca nettoie BEAUCOUP mieux.

ensuite un masque : soit avec les ingredient que j'ai dans la cuisine (avocat, oeufs, yahourt, huiles d'amande douce, olive ou ricin).vous faites avec ce que vous voulez. je laisse poser au moins 3 h ,vu que je suis a la maison.
parfois je reste sous le casque...quand je suis pas faignante! lol

je met enfin du beurre de karité ou une huile végétale (je prefere amande douce)
je fais 4 grosses nattes couchées (cela depend de la longuer de vos cheveux)
sinon des grosses vanilles.

cette technique permet de laisser secher à l'air libre donc eviter la chaleur, et aussi ca permet de etirer les cheveux pour le lendemain.

** tous les soirs je vaporise mes cheveux avec le melange: eau de source, huile d'amande douce, gel d'aloe vera et parfois glycerine.
