- Years ago, I BC'd to a ceasar & rocked a TWA, but I was young. I listened to the words & thoughts of other people & allowed them to have precedence over what I wanted & how I felt about myself, so I started back perming. I didn't BC this year b/c the relaxer was breaking my hair or I was bald in spots, I simply did it b/c I wanted to. I was finally mentally prepared to go natural. I have had people look at me disgust, my mother & best friend be totally shocked. My son looked up on 8/21/07 & said 2 me, "Mama now u're a different kind of sexy!" & I believe him. I'm not the prettiest thing ever to walk the planet, but I'm not the worst looking either. I'm proud of me. That's all that matters. For years I've permed b/c I had 2 be like everyone else. Now I'm Napptural b/c I'm comfortable with the Glory that God gave me! I'm Lovin It!
