This is my album for the 2007 LHCF Bootcamp.

I am signed up for three sessions at Platinum Level.

Session 1 - Discipline!: January 1 - April 30, 2007
Session 2 - Diligence!: May 1 - August 1, 2007
Session 3 - Determination!: September 1 - December 31, 2007

My Regimen:

Conditioner Wash Weekly
Pre-treat with Amla oil whenever possible
Light Protein Weekly
Moisturizing Deep Condition with Heat whenever possible
Medium Protein Monthly (Henna Gloss or Aphogee 2 minute) without heat

Low Manipulation - Protective Styles only - Comb through only once per week

Moisturize/Oil and Baggy ends at night

One Growth Aid Per Session (to be determined)
