 | I'm 40,married to a great gal named Eileen and have a son named Jamie.
I've been a heavy equipment operator for about 20 years and a proud member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 825. I enjoy the work I do and the machines I get to operate, especially the big and specialized type. I take pride in what I do by representing my local and try to always give the customer the best job possible as if it were my own.
I've been a modeler and sketcher my whole life it seems with a passion for trucks and trains.Although I admire model railroading and love seeing pics and layouts I am also a realist and believe if I started a layout it would never get finished. So instead I build 1/87 HO scale trucks and the like. They seem to take a quite a bit of time as well but something I can deal with.
I started this Fotki deal to share some of my projects with all you folks out there like me. I enjoy taking pics of progress with my digital camera so I figured i'd share them and have them on the web in case of the inevitable computer apocolyptic meltdown .
I hope you enjoy them and I will upgrade the progress shots as they are taken.
