My husband and I like to hike (take pictures), travel (and take pictures), and be with friends and family (and take more pictures). We live in one the the most beautiful areas in the USA, which makes for numerous photo opportunities. My husband has been the sole photographer for the past number of years, until one day, while out on one of our hikes, I had an urge to have a camera for myself so I could catch different angles, scenes, and interests. I have always pointed out what I wanted a photo of and he would take it for me. So now I have decided to branch out and try my luck. Being a beginner there will be no way I will ever catch up to his expertise but it will be fun trying!
