- My name is Erin, I am 25 years old and I'm from SC. Currently, I am a graduate student in Miami, FL. I was looking for a change in my life and I could not think of anything better to do than to go NATURAL!
I have not had a perm since October of 2007. I transitioned with micros and kinky twists until August 2008 when I finally cut off my permed ends. It was a little shorter than I had hoped but I still love it so far. I got a lot of negative comments in the beginning, but surprisingly, it built my confidence even more. I am trying to learn different styles and products and I need all of the help and support I can get.
My former co-worker (Bella Honey) helped me more than she will ever know. I thank her so much, her hair is amazing and I hope that I will be able to stay strong and be creative with my beautiful and healthy natural hair as well.
