- *Current Regimen*
I'm keeping it simple.
- Cornrows until end of december 09 (to retain length and to protect my hair - hopefully get about 10 cm of new growth out of this)
- Leave in Conditioner daily
- Other products daily [anti breakage, split end mender, coconut oil etc]
- Growth aid once or twice a week (if I can stomach the smell)
- Conditioner every week
- DC every 2 weeks
- Vitamins / supplements (I take these regardless) - biotin, E, C, zinc, B complex, Omega 3, Flaxseed, [thinking of adding horsetail]
- Diet, eating healthy food, fresh smoothie every morning and plenty of carrot juice.
- Exercise, running every week
