I started my healthy hair growth journey in Oct. 2008.

My last relaxer was in Oct. 2009 and I dont plan to relax again until ??????? IDK yet!
MY REGIMEN***SIMPLIFIED

I wash once every week.
Deep condition after every wash
I have changed my moisturizer to S-Curl (I love it)! I seal with castor oil or coconut oil
I moisturize and seal every day.
LOW MANIPULATION ***MINIMAL HEAT
